Books’ List
On my latest news,
I have been coaching a few new clients and helping them move forward in their business and projects. It was been very rewarding to see them succeed.
In my personal life, I had a few injuries – left shoulder and knee – so I had to rest for a while to get them in a good shape again.
Right now, I am taking time to recharge my creative soul, connect with new people and try new things… more on this soon.
Today, I wanted to share with you some of the books I have been reading/listening lately. They have brought los of knowledge and wisdom to my life and I have even changed many things on how I run my personal and business life thanks to them.
Here we go,

On Business and Mindset
Chillpreneur by Denise Duffield-Thomas
If you are running a business and you think the only way to do it is, by working long hours and suffering along the way, I recommend you to have a look a this book. Denise is amazing and, as a good Virgo – I am one too! -, she explains things in a very practical way.

On Finances
The Latte Factor by David Bach
I watched David on an interview with Marie Forleo and I found his way of explaining finances very accessible and simple. This specific book, he wrote it for his teenager son, because he wanted to share with him knowledge about finances in a easy and empowering way. And yes, I found it very empowering!
He has a series of books on finances but I recommend you to start with this one (will send more suggestions from him ASAP).

On Personal Affairs
Two books I would recommend you to have a look at
The Courage to be Disliked by Ichiro Kishimi and Fumitake Koga.
Insightful book about “the Japanese phenomenon that teaches us the simple yet profound lessons required to liberate our real selves and find lasting happiness”.
It was like listening to my mediation teacher (who I studied with for a year 13 years ago and I still love talking with time to time) answering to all the doubts of my mind and bringing me back to my heart. Lots of wisdom on this book.

Whether you are into barefoot shoes or not, Katy Bowman shares on this book, lots of exercises and insights on how to “improve your gait, strengthen your feet, and optimize your health through whole-body alignment”.
